Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as an AI generation?
Each time you upload photos and generate a listing with AI, it counts as one generation. Re-editing a draft does not count again.
What happens when I hit my generation limit?
On the Free plan, you must upgrade to continue. On paid plans, you can keep generating at the overage rate shown for your tier. Overages are billed at the end of the billing cycle.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
All plans support BYOK. You can use your own Anthropic API key for unlimited AI usage at your own API cost. BYOK generations do not count toward your monthly limit.
Do you charge eBay fees?
No. Vendlists only charges the subscription fee. eBay fees are charged separately by eBay when your items sell.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Is there a free trial?
