Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account gets 5 free listings every month, with no card. You choose a paid plan only when you want more.
What counts as a listing?
Each time you submit photos and a complete listing is generated (title, description, price, condition, specs), that counts as one listing. Re-editing a draft does not count again.
What happens when I use all my plan listings?
With extra listings off, you can wait for renewal, upgrade, or use early renewal if eligible. With extra listings on, each one past your plan listings is billed at your plan’s rate. Upgrade to a bigger plan anytime from your billing settings. Plan listings renew every month. Eligible web subscriptions can also renew the same plan early from Billing when that option is available.
What are extra listings?
Extra listings are the listings past your plan listings for the month. Each plan above shows its own rate, and you are only billed for the ones you create. Extra listings are on by default for new plans, and you can turn this off anytime in Billing.
How do I turn extra listings on or off?
Open Billing in your account settings. Extra listings are on by default for new plans, and the switch there turns them off at any time.
Do you charge eBay fees?
No. Vendlists charges the subscription fee, plus any extra listings you use past your plan. eBay listing and final value fees are charged separately by eBay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your billing settings, and your plan stays active through the end of your current billing period.
